Mid-Mississippi Development District is a regional economic development organization that works for the economic development of Clarke, Jasper, Lauderdale, Newton, Scott, and Smith Counties in Mississippi. It works primarily for site readiness programs, providing incentives for new and existing businesses in its region, workforce development, and bringing in collaborative efforts for the overall development of the region.
